The addition of forced humidity and optimal cooling temperatures provides a “spa-like” treatment for hard to store fruits and vegetables such as bananas, tomatoes and avocados, resulting them to stay optimally fresh for over two weeks. Over a dozen prototypes have been used for extended periods of time in homes around the country with amazing results and significantly reduced spoiled food waste.
